Richards Advisory is a values-driven consultancy founded by Natasha Richards, with an Associate model formed with expertise from within the sector dedicated to supporting organisations, local authorities, and public service bodies to achieve transformational outcomes.
Richards Advisory provides expert advice and practical support to identify improvement areas within youth justice services, including preparation for HM Inspectorate of Probation inspections, quality assurance reviews, assessment audits, service evaluations, learning reviews and strategic improvement planning.

Natasha Richards is a highly experienced consultant and public sector leader with over 17 years' experience in youth justice, criminal justice reform, equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), performance improvement, and multi-agency partnership working.
